Who Do You Ship With?

We ship all orders through UPS Ground or UPS Overnight.

Shipping Schedule

Ground orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to help ensure arrival before the weekend.

Overnight orders ship Monday through Thursday.

This schedule helps reduce the chance of your cheese sitting in warm conditions during transit.
Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, including heat-related damage.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be shipped on the next available shipping day based on the method selected.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please be sure to enter a physical address at checkout.

*Please note that due to the nature of Cheese-making, large orders may be delayed due to mandatory product testing.

**We do not ship during holiday weeks.

Handling

Each order is assessed a $9.99 handling fee, which covers a regular box and basic ice packs.

If you prefer extra cooling, you can upgrade to insulated boxes during checkout.
When selected, all boxes in your order will be upgraded to the insulated option.

If the destination temperature is over 60°F, we do not recommend UPS Ground.
For perishable products like cheese, UPS Overnight is the safer choice.

Processing Time

We work hard to ship orders within 24 hours.

However, once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Mechanical issues
• Lost or stolen packages
• Any damage that occurs in transit

Damaged Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us at
store@lagranderscheese.com.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Holiday Shipping

The Christmas season is our busiest time of year, and our team works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received—we are unable to hold orders for later shipment.

During the holiday rush:

• UPS Ground may take longer than the usual 3–5 business days.
• Delivery times are only guaranteed by UPS for Overnight Air.
• In some cases, UPS may suspend guarantees for certain expedited services.

While these delays are outside our control, we appreciate your understanding.
